Forest School At Fledglings Day Nursery

Our ‘Forest School’ is a truly special environment that offers all our learners regular opportunities to achieve and develop confidence and self-esteem through hands on learning experiences in our natural, woodland setting.

All our children benefit from this specialised learning approach which aims to promote the holistic development of the children, fostering resilient, confident, independent and creative learners.

Forest School offers learners the opportunity to take supported risks appropriate to the environment and to themselves. Under the supervision of our three fully trained forest school leaders, the children will experience and explore exciting and challenging activities within our magical woodland.
